1. How To Become A Topic Moderator (Now Open To Public)
You must be a registered member with your own ID, and have good connections with more online friends. Each topic has 3 moderators and 10 Skyfa coins are required. First-come, first-served!
 
Here is the simple step:
1. Signin with your ID and password (You must post at least 1 thread on that topic) and select the topic you want to apply.
2. Select your topic and get into the threads listing page, click on "Apply for a moderator", and you will be approved automatically. 
 

2. Requirements of Moderator
 
You will be approved automatically if you meet the following requirements:
 1. must signup for a Skyfa account and signin before applying.
 2. must contribute on the same topic, and have certain amount of constructive posts with helpful contents for other members.
 3. must have weekly activities of 10 hours or more on that topic
 4. must have the knowledge of topics related to the field.
 5. your account has not violated Skyfa agreement and related requirement.
 6. you are required to serve as voluntary moderators, and obligation to serve Skyfa Topics.
 7. must strictly abide by national laws and Skyfa Topics agreement.
 8. must fullfil and follow the rules of Skyfa Topics consciously.
 9. must provide your personal information to Skyfa if necessary.
10. must not use multiple IDs to apply for moderator in the same topic.
 
3. Responsibilities of the Moderator
Moderators are individuals or groups of 3 people who build up and look after the topics from day to day. They have the authority to control threads in the topics they moderate. Moderators are present to prevent users from going off-topic or posting abusive or offensive material.
 
4. Authority of the Moderator
Please signin using your user ID and password and you will be able to control your topics. Make sure you get into your own topic area, and you can moderate right from the listing page.

  1. Set or Cancel As Good Thread
    - On the topics listing page, select your topic.
    - On the threads listing page, select the thread and click on the "Set As Good Thread"
    - You can cancel it by clicking "Cancel Good Thread".
 
2. Move or Cancel Thread To The Top
    - On the topics listing page, select your topic.
    - On the threads listing page, select the thread and click on the "Move Thread To Top"
    - You can cancel it by clicking "Cancel Thread To Top".
 
3. Delete Thread
    - On the topics listing page, select your topic.
    - On the threads listing page, select the thread that violate the rules and click on the "Delete".
5. Deletion of threads

Moderators will delete threads or topics if they contain:
1. information that is against basic constitutional principles.
2. a hazard to national security, leaks national secrets, tries to overthrow the government, damages national unification.
3. information that damages national honor and interest.
4. information that instigates ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and damages ethnic unity.
5. information that damages national religion policies, propagates heretical ideas or superstition.
6. information that instigates others to break laws, disseminate rumors, cause public disturbance, damage social stability.
7. information concerning pornography, gambling, violence, terror, et cetera.
8. information that insults or defames others or concerning others' legal rights.
9. information that is forbidden by laws and decrees.
 
6. Abuse
If the application is successful but do not meet the moderator duties requirement for a certain period, the title of Moderator will be withdrawn at any time.
